It was week 2 at Gateway for softball and we had some great games tonight. Gateway is one of our best venues and definitely provides the players with a great field to play on. The four teams came ready to get into a groove and find their swing. None came ready to swing more than Throwing Stones & Flying Drones.
Throwing Stones matched up against Hardbats & Softballs tonight. Hardbats looked to knock some runs in tonight, but it wasn’t enough. Throwing Stones came out on fire and never cooled down. Knocking in run after run, Throwing Stones jumped out to a lead and never looked back. Hardbats were able to score some runs, but they couldn’t catch up. Congrats to Throwing Stones & Flying Drones on the 17-8 win!
