Week 3 at Kickball was kicked off with some great games tonight. All of our teams came ready to knock in some runs and stack up another W in the wins column. The chilly weather as of late finally eased up on us, so the conditions were perfect for some LoneStarSSC kickball.
One of our brand new teams to join LoneStarSSC this season, All My Pitches Love Me, drew the short straw by having to play the top two teams in the league the first two weeks of the season. They put up great performances and kept the games close but it wasn’t good enough for them to win. But this week with two tough games under their belts, they played the game of their lives. This was a fantastic ball game filled with tons of suspense down to the very last half inning, as All My Pitches trailed by 2 runs. All My Pitches put their rally caps on and scored 3 runs to win in walk off fashion! To celebrate their victory, they enjoyed the sweet taste of their free appetizer from Go 4 It Sports Bar. Hopefully this is just the beginning of a winning streak for All My Pitches Love Me.
