It was a HOT, HOT, HOT summer night at our Vitruvian sand volleyball league. Despite the heat, all teams still seemed to be giving it all they had in each game.
The only game of the night that made it through all 3 sets was Spikological Warefare versus Mission Unblockable. Spikological Warefare struck first by scoring a 7 point win in the first game, but the second game was a lot closer. Mission Unblockable turned up the intensity and seemed to get their second wind. Taking the second set, and battling for the 3rd and final set, Mission Unblockable was able to take it all. Hopefully next week, we see these types of games again!
